Rates:
• July 1 - September 30th, $245.00 / night
• October 1 - June 30, $150.00/night
• Special offer November 1 - January 31st, book 2 nights at $150.00/night & get the 3rd night free.
• We offer a considerable discount for week-long stays during the off season (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas/NewYears, and Spring Break).
• We require 50% down at time of booking. The balance on the room rental rate is due two weeks prior to arrival.
